It has established wholly-owned subsidiaries including Shandong INOV New Materials Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dongda Polyurethane Co., Ltd., and Shandong INOV Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. It owns three major R&D, production, and sales bases in Zibo High-Tech Zone, Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, and Shanghai Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park.
